In MLK's famous speech "I've been to the mountaintop" he describes the "mountaintop" as the place he can peer over to see a better reality. That reality was one of justice and equity for black and brown people.
We pray this worship night is a chance for us to peer into a future reality of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues worshiping together in unity, equity, and justice.
We want Charleston to experience worshiping with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, ethnicities and economic statuses, because that is what our eternal home will be like.
This night is for our Charleston community and we are hoping you'll choose to come alongside us to worship.
